Depending on the year level you teach and therefore which option you choose to use, 1 allows for a student to write 1 or 2 school based goals and the second allows the student to write 1 or 2 personal goals.
 
These have been created as one off pages so they can be displayed in the classroom or placed into a file, folder or book.
 
They can be printed in colour or black and white.
