Climate Change

Designed to take 2 – 4 weeks to complete.
3 Journal Tasks, 1 Topic Task, 21 Follow up Tasks
Students will complete 6 tasks in this mini project. (However, you can do more or less if you would like.)
 
Students will read:
A) 1x topic information sheet and complete a response sheet.
B) 2 x NZ School Journal articles and complete response sheets.
**3 journal articles are provided. You can do all 3 if you would like.
**Responses are provided as: 1. a sheet with just the questions so answers can be written in their own workbooks or 2. as a worksheet to write on.
 
C) 21 tasks (students choose 3) have been provided for the students to complete based on the reading and learning they have done. It is up you if you would like them to do any further research.
 
The 21 tasks have been divided into 3 categories:
•Mini Quest tasks – 1-2 days max to complete.
•Think Tank tasks – 2-4 days max to complete.
•Deep Dive tasks – 3+ days to complete
**STUDENTS MUST CHOOSE 1 TASK FROM EACH CATEGORY TO COMPLETE.
 
The templates for all 21 tasks are included if you wish to use them or laminate the ‘Mini Project Tasks’ information cards and have the students complete the work in their workbooks.
