This resource provides 52 Random Acts of Kindness with a reflection section to be filled in.
As Parents and Caregivers, this could be something you may wish to implement in your family and are able to fit in one a week. However, if life is busy and doing one a week is too much, feel free to choose the RAOK that you would like to do when it suits as it is good for every member of the family to commit to doing the task.
As teachers, you may wish to focus on one a week for the year or even one a fortnight. Being that 52 RAOK are provided, you can choose the ones that suit you and your class. It could also be a term focus where children choose which ones they would like to do each week for a term and they take ownership of doing it.
Each RAOK has a Reflection Section to fill in. There is an extra page at the end of the resource providing more reflection sections you can print if you require more than the one.
