After many, many requests over the years, I have finally made a printable version of a:

The Weekly Planner - For those teachers who (like me) need to have it written down for quick reference and sighting the overall week plan to see and keep track of what's happening or needs to change.
The Assessment Tracker keeps assessment notes and those extra assessments in one place. It's great for those extra things like swimming, drama, dance, gymnastics, cross country etc. I always used something like this to jot down comments for reports on the go so I had plenty of things to refer back to at report writing time rather than try to remember it all.
The Meeting Notes keep everything meeting related in one place for easy, quick access for all that info you need to remember or check!
